We are specialist AV integrators.
Commercial, residential, marine and broadcast. Specialist AV integrators and engineers, installing audio visual systems that work on the day they open, and for the ten years after it.
Delivered directly to clients, or white-label behind the trade businesses and main contractors who bring us in. Same engineers. Same standards. Same documentation either way.

Two ways to work with us.
Some clients bring us in directly. Others bring us in behind them. Both get the same engineers and the same expert AV team.
AV integration done the same way, the right way, every time, whoever is paying for it.
A room does not care who sent the invoice. So every audio visual project we take on runs the same way: we work out what the space is actually used for, design a system that suits it, install it, commission it, test every part of it before we hand it over, and write down what we did so we can look after it later.
That does not improve because a client is prestigious. It does not slip because a project is small, or because our name is not the one on the drawing.
One method, every AV installation
Whether it is a single meeting room or a state-of-the-art auditorium roll-out, the process is the same. Site survey, technical design, installation, commissioning, handover, support.
No brand loyalty. No sales targets.
We are manufacturer-independent. We can supply equipment where you need us to, but we have no sales targets to hit. You get the system your building needs, not the one that suits us.
Trusted by integrators. Trusted by clients.
Some of our work is delivered quietly, under another company’s brand. The rest is delivered directly, with our name on it. Both sets of clients keep coming back.
AV installation and integration, end to end.
We are an audio visual integrator. We design the system, supply the equipment, install it, programme it, commission it, and look after it afterwards.
Some clients want all of that. Others want one part of it. Both are fine.
AV Installation & Integration
Our core service. Complete audio visual installation, from an empty room to a working system, delivered by one expert team. Simple.
Boardrooms, meeting rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, auditoriums, teaching spaces, control rooms and multi-site estates. Commercial, residential, marine and broadcast.
Everything below is part of this. It is also available on its own.
System Specification & Technical Design
We work out what the room actually needs, then draw it. Schematics, rack elevations, cable schedules and functional descriptions we can build from.
AV Equipment Supply
Manufacturer-independent, so we specify what suits the room rather than what suits us. We can supply the kit, or work with what you have already bought.
Control System Programming
Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp and Aurora, programmed and commissioned in-house. Touch interfaces staff and visitors can use without any training.
Audio & DSP Configuration
DSP configuration, room tuning and sound system alignment. Speech that carries to the back of the room, and audio that holds up on the far end of a call.
Project Management
One person accountable for the programme from start to finish. Coordination with main and M&E contractors, and a schedule that survives contact with site.
Commissioning & Handover
Every part of the system tested against the design before we leave. Documented results, user training, and a handover pack that still makes sense in six months.
Support & Maintenance
Proactive monitoring, remote support, planned maintenance and lifecycle management. Someone accountable for the system after the installers have gone home.
AV Training
User sessions, administrator workshops, bespoke guides and refresher training. The best designed room in the world is worthless if nobody knows how to use it.
Aerial & Ground Media
Professional photography and video of the finished installation, captured by our specialist media division, Airframe. Shot by people who know what they are looking at.

One supplier. One team. AV systems that work.
Working with us as your trusted integrator means the people who design, install and commission the system are the people who support it for the long term. Nothing gets lost between one company and the next, and your systems stay working day after day. If something goes wrong, you call us.
It also means the engineer who answers your question in year three is the one who wrote the code in year one.
You talk to engineers
You speak to the person doing the work, not to an account manager who passes your question on and passes an answer back three days later, slightly changed.
The team knows your building
The same people are on your site through design, install and support. Nobody arrives in year two with no idea why the system was built the way it was.
We specify what the room needs
We are manufacturer-independent. We have no manufacturer targets to hit, so nothing goes into a design because it suits us. It goes in because it is the right answer.
Designed to be supported
Every system is specified with its ten-year life in mind, not its installation date. We would rather be the supplier you keep than the one you replace.
We will tell you what you do not need.
Most AV proposals are written to protect the supplier’s margin. Ours are written to survive a conversation with your finance director.
If a room does not need the specification someone has told you it needs, we will say so. We do not price a project we have not understood, and we do not quote before we have been to site.
Engineering capability, delivered under your brand.
We work within the trade, offering our services white-label to businesses across the audio visual industry. The client never hears our name, and does not need to.
You hold the relationship and the contract. We hold the specialist engineering team to support UK and global roll-outs. You look like you have a specialist engineering department, because for the duration of the project you do.
AV Installation & Integration
Installation crews and AV engineers on your sites, to your dates, under your contract. Whole projects, or a single room in a programme you are already running. Your client deals with you. We deal with you.
Control Programming
Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp and Aurora. The code is yours on handover and warranted for a year. No licence games, and no reason to call us back unless you want to.
Audio & DSP Configuration
The part of the job that gets blamed when a room fails. We take it off you, configure the DSP, tune the room properly, and hand you the documentation that proves it was done.
Project Management
You hold the client. We hold the AV workstream, report into your PM, and stay off the client call unless you put us on it. No surprises, and nothing that lands on your desk unannounced.
Commissioning & Handover
Witness testing, snag closure and a documented handover pack in your template. If a project has gone wrong before we arrived, we will take it on and put it right.
Support & Maintenance
Second-line escalation and overflow engineers when your own team is committed elsewhere. Your client rings you. You ring us. Nobody knows we exist.
Your client stays your client.
We know Pineapple also works directly with end clients, and we know what that looks like from where you are sitting. So we will be plain about it.
Work delivered under a trade agreement stays under your brand. We do not use a subcontract engagement as a route to your client, and we do not approach them off the back of it. It is not how we would want to be treated, and frankly it would be a poor trade for a business that depends on being invited back.
If that matters to you, and it should, we are happy to put it in writing before we start.

How a project actually runs.
No project ever went wrong because there was too much clarity at the start.
Brief and survey
We come to site, understand how the space is actually used, and establish what has to be true on the day it opens.
Design and specification
Full technical design, schematics, functional description and a specification that documents its assumptions. You see exactly what you are buying and why.
Deliver and commission
Workshop build, on-site installation, systematic commissioning against the design intent, documented handover and training.
Support and evolve
Managed service, planned maintenance and lifecycle management. Systems that are looked after rather than left to degrade until they fail.

On trade projects, this process runs behind your programme and under your brand. The rigour does not change.
The part most suppliers are not interested in.
Installing a system is the easy part. Keeping an estate of them working, across multiple sites, for five years, while people move furniture and IT changes the network: that is where most AV relationships fall apart.
We would rather be the supplier you call for the next ten years than the one you replaced after eighteen months.
- Proactive remote monitoring and alerting
- Defined response and escalation arrangements
- Remote diagnosis and resolution where possible
- Planned preventative maintenance visits
- Firmware and software lifecycle management
- Asset register and estate documentation kept current
- Quarterly reporting and technology roadmap review
What we build with.
Manufacturer-independent, so this is a list of what we know, not a list of what we are paid to sell.

Delivery & Compliance
- Full public liability insurance
- Documented method statements and risk assessments
- As-built documentation issued on every project
- Source code handed over on completion
Method statements, risk assessments and as-built documentation are issued as standard for every project. Trade partners receive these in a form they can pass directly to their own client.
What lands on your desk.
Most AV suppliers hand over a working system and a shrug. Ask them for the schematics two years later and you will get a phone call from somebody who no longer works there.
Every project we finish comes with a package. Not because a standard demands it, but because a system nobody can maintain is a system that will be ripped out early.
Contents of the pack
The Installation Itself
First fix through to final fix. Containment, cable pulling, floor boxes and back boxes. Displays, mounts, speakers, microphones and cameras, fitted level, square and where the drawing said they would be. Racks built and tested in the workshop before they reach site.
Technical Design Pack
Schematics, rack elevations, cable schedules and functional descriptions. The drawings a contractor builds from, and an estates team maintains from years later.
Commissioning Evidence
Documented test results for every part of the system, measured against the design. Not a signature on a sheet, but the numbers behind it.
As-Built Documentation
What was actually installed, not what was originally drawn. Updated at handover, because the two are never quite the same.
Source Code
The control code is yours. Handed over on completion, with a year’s warranty. No licence games, and no reason to call us unless you want to.
Asset Register
Every device, model, serial, firmware version and location. The document your IT team asks for and nobody can ever find.
Handover & Training
Walkthrough with the people who will actually use the room, and the people who will have to fix it. Recorded, so it survives a staffing change.
Project Photography
Professional stills and aerial footage of the completed installation, captured by our specialist media division, Airframe. Shot by people who know what they are looking at, and yours to use however you want.
Ask any AV supplier for these before you sign. What they say next will tell you most of what you need to know.
Tell us about the project.
A few lines about the building, the problem and the timescale is enough to start with. You will get a reply from an engineer, not a sales team.
An enquiry is a conversation, not a commitment.
You will speak to an engineer, not an account manager.
We do not price a project we have not understood.
86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE
Delivered with love from Basingstoke.
* Required
No sales funnel. Just a conversation.
You will not be added to a mailing list, passed to a call centre, or chased by somebody who has not read what you wrote.
We read it properly
An engineer reads your brief. Not a form-handling inbox, and not somebody whose job is to book meetings.
We come back with questions
Usually within a day or two. We would rather ask three sensible questions than send a quote built on a guess.
We come and look
For anything beyond the simplest job, we visit the site before we price it. It is the only way to be sure.
